The company is producing and developing European quality lightweight pharmaceutical glass containers ready to be delivered at the doorsteps of GCC, Middle East, Asian and European pharmaceutical companies. Our plant is the only plant in the MENA region, featuring a certified Class 100,000 Clean Room Facility, giving it a strategic and competitive edge over other glass players of the region. The alpha pharmaceutical amber glass containers being produced at our plant are ready and safe for filling lines of the pharmaceutical companies, no additional preparation or sterilisation required.

The clean room is certified as per the internationally accepted.
ISO 14644 – 1/Class 100,000 Clean Room and is equipped with highly sophisticated machinery and equipment from the world-class manufacturers, including Emhart, Antonini, Horn and Zippe. The Clean Room is manned with adequately trained, internationally qualified and abundantly experienced quality control personnel to ensure quality at each step from input to output. At each phase “no manhandling” of bottles is ensured and a highly controlled environment is maintained in the Clean Room so as to ensure that pharmaceutical manufacturers receive 100% hygienic and ready to fill bottles at their ends. From production till palletizing and packing, a dust free environment is guaranteed.

We know that glass is a unique packaging material that is 100% recyclable. Therefore, we are committed to sustainability at every level of our business. We apply a holistic approach that maximizes recycled content, optimizes furnace energy, and gradually integrates green energy sources to reduce our environmental impact.
Effective logistic control and material handling is yet another aspect in which Marsing has gained a professional grip over. Marsing has worked hard to develop a highly professional system to support and handle the logistics nationwide and ensure timely and flawless delivery of glass products at the doorsteps of its esteemed customers. RGG itself also has a strong operational control on logistics globally. The bottles from clean room are packed in pallets in a highly controlled, hygienic and dust free environment, ensuring that there is no human handling and outer exposure to the bottles till the time of final packing. To ensure the same, fully automatic machinery is deployed to ensure clean packing of bottles in sterilized packing material, ready to be shipped and ready for filling lines. The packed glass containers are then secured in pallets and ready to be shipped via containers, as per the requirements of the customers.
